Eligibility
By requesting a purchase or regulated service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally eligible to participate in the transaction. Nothing on this website guarantees that a purchase, transfer, or application will be approved.
Compliance
All transactions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, required identification, forms, eligibility checks, waiting periods, shipping restrictions, and transfer procedures. PM Customs may refuse, delay, or cancel a transaction when a legal, safety, documentation, inventory, payment, or compliance concern exists.
Product Information
Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability may originate from manufacturers or distributors and may change without notice. Customers should confirm important specifications before purchase.
Pricing
Displayed firearm prices may reflect manufacturer-approved MAP pricing. Taxes, shipping, transfer fees, government taxes, and other charges are separate unless expressly included. Pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Orders
Submitting an order or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or inventory. An order is confirmed only after PM Customs verifies availability, pricing, payment, transfer arrangements, and legal eligibility.
Pickup and Storage
Any item that arrives at PM Customs for local pickup, including local pickup orders, incoming transfers, custom builds and special orders, must be picked up within 30 calendar days, counted from the day after PM Customs notifies the customer that the item is ready. After that period, storage fees accrue at $0.50 per day for handguns and NFA items and $1.00 per day for rifles, shotguns and AR pistols, up to a maximum of $90 per item. Accessories are not subject to storage fees. All storage fees must be paid before the customer may take possession of the item. Customers who choose local pickup agree to this policy at checkout. This storage policy is effective October 21, 2026.
NFA Items
NFA products and services involve additional requirements, government processing, and taxes. Processing estimates are not guarantees, and approval decisions are made by the responsible government agency.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by the posted Shipping & Returns policy, distributor or manufacturer requirements, product condition, order status, and applicable law.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt an unlawful transaction, interfere with site operation, or copy protected content for unauthorized commercial use.
