Need fingerprints for a Form 4 or another application? PM Customs offers fingerprinting by appointment in Yukon, Oklahoma, for customers from Mustang, El Reno, Piedmont and the Oklahoma City metro. Fingerprinting is $50.
Ink and digital: both offered
- Ink fingerprint cards. We take your prints on a physical fingerprint card for applications that require a mailed card.
- Card-to-digital conversion. We can also convert a physical fingerprint card into a digital file for applications that accept electronic fingerprint submissions.

Call 405-265-8955 or use the contact page to book. Appointments are generally Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Please don’t arrive without a confirmed appointment. The service address is provided once your appointment is confirmed.
Tips for clear prints
Wash and dry your hands before you arrive, and skip lotion that morning. Let us know if you have cuts, bandages or skin conditions on your fingertips. Clear prints mean fewer rejected submissions.
