How buying a suppressor works

  1. Choose your suppressor. Browse our suppressors from Rugged, Dead Air, HUXWRX, SIG Sauer, SureFire, Q, Banish and more, or ask us to special order one.
  2. Pick how it’s transferred. Under our current processing notice above, suppressors are processed on a 4473. If you’d prefer, we’ll transfer it to you via Form 4 instead. Either way, there’s no transfer fee when you buy the suppressor from PM Customs.
  3. Complete the paperwork. For a 4473 transfer, you’ll complete the federal form and background check in person, the same as a standard firearm transfer. For a Form 4 transfer, we file the Form 4 for you. You’ll need fingerprints and a photo, and the ATF makes the approval decision.
  4. Pick it up in Yukon, or ship it to your FFL. Picking up? We’ll schedule your appointment once everything is ready. Prefer your own dealer? Choose shipping to your local FFL at checkout, and that dealer will complete the transfer with you.
