The Taurus 850 is a modern take on the classic .38 Special snub-nose: a compact 5-shot revolver with a fully shrouded hammer for a snag-free draw and a streamlined profile that minimizes printing. It has a double-action-only trigger, and its 5-shot cylinder works with many existing speedloaders and holsters for small-frame revolvers. This model is chambered in .38 Special with a 3″ barrel and is a 5-shot double-action-only revolver. Manufacturer part number: 2-850139.
